INGREDIENTS:
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
1 small onion, chopped
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup chopped mushrooms
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 can water
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
cooked rice or noodles

DIRECTIONS:
Sprinkle chicken with seasonings and place in a crock pot. Mix together onion, bell pepper mushrooms, soups and water and pour over chicken. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
Stir in peas and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Place lid back on crock pot just long enough to heat the heat and melt the cheese. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
