Ingredients for banana noodle cucumber salad:-
6 large ripe bananas
4 cucumbers
1 1/2 cups boiled noodles or boiled spaghetti
1 recipe salad cream
salt and black pepper powder to taste
1 head of lettuce chopped
2 carrots grated
2 tbsp chopped walnuts

Ingredients for Salad cream:-
225 gms fresh cream
5 to 6 tbsp salad oil
1 tsp mustard powder
3 tsp powder sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
5 to 6 tbsp salad oil

Directions for salad cream:-
Mix all the ingredients together. Store in a refrigerator.
Directions for Banana noodle and cucumber salad:-
1. Slice the banana.
2. Cut the cucumber into big pieces.
3. Mix the banana, cucumber and noodles and add the salad cream, salt and pepper.
4. Chill thoroughly.
5. Keep the carrots and the lettuce leaves in cold water for 10 minutes.
6. Fill the salad bowl with the chilled salad.
7. Decorate with carrots and lettuce, sprinkle walnuts on top and serve.
