Choco mousse

Prep time:-: 15 mins
Cook time:- 10 mins 
Extra time:- 3 hours, setting


Ingredients
Serves6
  • 250 g Dark/cooking Choclate
  • 200 ml Fresh Cream
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 3 table spoon Condensed milk
  • 2 tea spoon gelatin crystals
  • Chocolate chips decoration


Preparation method

1.
First heat the choclate on a double bottom pan.After the choclate melts cool it for 2-3 minutes. Soak the gelatin crystals in a warm water

Add the gelatin mixture,milk and condensed milk to the melted choclate. Use a hand beater and blend in all the ingredients together.

Now add fresh cream slowly and beat the mixture using hand beater for best result. If you dont have a hand blender u can beat manually with your hand

Now let the mixture set in room temperature foe 15 mins and then set it in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Sprinkle choco chips on top of the dessert before serving
