Beer Cheese Soup

Prep time: 30mins  This is a really easy and good recipe. Filling and wonderful for winters.

Ingredients:

1       Tbsp butter
1 1/2  Cups chopped onion
1 1/2  Cups diced carrots
3        Stalks celery,diced
1        Tsp ground cumin
          Salt
3/4     Tsp ground nutmeg
1/8     Tsp ground cloves
1/4      Tsp ground black pepper 
1         Cups sour cream
340gms of processed cheese,cubed
350 ml Beer

Directions:-

1.      In a large pot over medium heat,melt butter. cook onion in butter onion untill tenderStir in beer,carrots and celery .Bring to a boil, then reduce heat ,cover and simmer for 10minutes.
2.      Stir in cumin,salt,nutmeg,cloves and pepper.Bring to a boil again,then reduce heat,cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
3.      Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and cheese.serve at once.
