Salsa Chicken/Paneer Potatoes

Prep time: 5mins
Cook time: 15mins


Ingredients:-
2 Large baking potatoes
1 Cup cubed cooked chicken/ uncooked paneer
2 Tbsp tomato sauce
2Tbsp salsa
1 Tbsp sugar
2  Tsp sour cream (makkhan)
1 Tbsp minced parsley/ chopped coriander leaves 


 Directions:-
1. Scrub and pierce potatoes,place on a microwave-safe plate.Microwave,uncovered,on high for 10-    12 minutes or until tender,turning once.In a microwave safe bowl,combine the chicken/Paneer,tomato sauce,salsa and sugar.Cover the microwave on high for 3 minutes or until heated through.
2.Cut an X in the top of each potatoes, fluff pulp with fork.Top with chicken/Paneer mixture,sour cream and parsley/coriander.
